The Schörghuber Corporate Group enjoys success in both the national and international markets with its four business divisions, Construction & Real Estate, Beverages, Hotels and Seafood. The group of companies includes Bayerische Hausbau, the Group's nucleus and one of the largest project development and real estate companies in Germany with real estate portfolio valued at 2.7 billion euros, the Paulaner Brewery Group, which exports its specialty beers around the globe, business and leisure hotels in top locations in Germany, Switzerland and on the Balearic island of Mallorca, as well as a salmon breeding company in Chile.
The Schörghuber Corporate Group is a family-owned company shaped over three generations by responsible entrepreneurship, the careful fostering of old traditions and values, and the pursuit of innovation. This provides the foundation upon which the four business divisions operate, each independently of the others. Nevertheless, they all have one thing in common: the aspiration to provide more service, greater comfort, more innovative solutions, and to ultimately improve the standard of living of their customers.
The Group is run by a three-member board under the chairmanship of Nico Nusmeier. His deputy, Alexandra Schörghuber, heads the foundation board, the supervisory body for the Group.
The Schörghuber Corporate Group's four business divisions, Construction & Real State, Beverages, Hotels and Seafood, are synonymous with wide-ranging know-how and expertise as well as an ongoing commitment to innovation and precision. This is also reflected by the countless professions practiced by the specialists in the different divisions. These include civil engineers and brewers as well as IT specialists and professional chefs.
Leading a corporate group as diverse as this to success requires the ability to delegate responsibility. The four business divisions therefore function as autonomous units – but with an eye to the future of the Group as a whole.
Our mission is to shape the future together.
