Dr. Klaus N. Naeve
chairman of the executive boardDr. Klaus N. Naeve is chairman of the executive board of the Schörghuber Corporate Group and is himself responsible for both the finances department and the hotels corporate division.
After serving an apprenticeship at a bank, Naeve studied jurisprudence in Hamburg and Erlangen. Following his state exams, he worked at an attorney and tax consultant office in Hamburg between 1982 and 1984. In 1984, he moved to the tax and legal department of BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand AG. He became a tax consultant for the company in 1987 and worked in Hamburg, Stuttgart, and Munich before finally becoming their chief representative. He received his doctorate in law in 1995 from Bielefeld University. Starting in 1995, Naeve acted as CFO in various executive board positions within the real estate and beverages divisions of the Schörghuber Corporate Group. Most recently, he served as CFO of the executive board of Schörghuber Stiftung & Co. Holding KG, before leaving at the end of 2003 to set up his own tax consultancy Dr. Naeve & Collegen. At the beginning of 2009, he returned to the Schörghuber Corporate Group as chairman of the executive board.
Dr. Jürgen Büllesbach
member of the executive boardDr. Jürgen Büllesbach represents the construction and real estate division on the executive board of the Schörghuber Corporate Group. He is also chairman of the management of Bayerische Hausbau GmbH & Co. KG, a role in which he is also responsible for project development.
After studying and graduating with a degree in structural engineering at Universität der Bundeswehr in Munich between 1998 and 2004, Büllesbach worked for Bayerische Hausbau GmbH, most recently as technical director. In 2004, he moved to the management of ALBA BauProjektManagement GmbH, where he became spokesman in March 2008. Since March 2009, Büllesbach has been a member of the executive board of the Schörghuber Corporate Group, where he represents the construction and real estate division.
Alexandra Schörghuber
member of the executive board and chairwoman of the board of trusteesAlexandra Schörghuber is a member of the executive board of the Schörghuber Corporate Group, and as chairwoman of the board of trustees she stands at the head of the controlling body of the family-owned company.
Born in Frankfurt am Main, after completing school and passing her secondary-school exams (Abitur) in Straubing she trained as a hotel management assistant at the Hotelfachschule in Altötting. After working in Germany, Switzerland, and Bermuda, she married the Munich-based entrepreneur Stefan Schörghuber. Subsequently, Alexandra Schörghuber performed numerous supervisory board and management tasks in the family’s private affairs, which included running the Bavaria underground parking lots, ski lifts, and cable car operations in the Bavarian Oberland region as well as one of the world’s largest salmon breeding facilities in Chile. After the sudden death of Stefan Schörghuber in late 2008, she took the helm of the board of trustees of the Schörghuber Corporate Group.
Roland Tobias

After studying business administration at Kempten University of Applied Sciences, Tobias began his career in 1990 in the sales department of Effem GmbH, which trades today as Mars Deutschland. He finished working there as the national account manager for sales, before switching to Brauerei Beck & Co in 1995. There he assumed various managerial posts and in 2006 served as the business unit president of InBev, a position in which he was responsible for the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets as a whole. In July 2007, Tobias became the general manager of Iglo GmbH Deutschland. In August 2009, he returned to the beverages industry when he became the CEO and spokesman of the management of Brau Holding International GmbH & Co. KgaA, and he also represents the beverages division on the executive board of the Schörghuber Corporate Group.
