Bayerische Hausbau represents the nucleus of the Schörghuber Corporate Group and currently coordinates all of the construction and real estate activities. It is one of Germany’s largest integrated real estate businesses, and with a property portfolio worth around 2.1 billion euros it holds a leading position – especially in its home market of Munich. Around 600 employees contribute toward this successful position.

Bayerische Hausbau’s services are divided into three areas of business: project development, real estate, and real estate management. These areas are represented by the companies Bayerische Hausbau Projektentwicklung GmbH, Bayerische Hausbau Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, and Bayerische Hausbau Immobilien Management GmbH respectively. The subsidiary HANSE HAUS GmbH completes the range of services with its construction of prefabricated houses.
